Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack with Care
Carefully repack the lamp in its original internal packaging and box to prevent glass breakage or finish scratches during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the fixture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
