How are your lamps packaged for shipping?
We use custom-molded foam inserts and double-walled corrugated boxes to ensure your lighting fixtures arrive safely and without damage.
What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all lamps in their original packaging. Please note that installed or hardwired fixtures cannot be returned for a refund.
Are light bulbs included with my purchase?
Bulb inclusion varies by model. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the product page to see if your chosen lamp includes a compatible LED bulb.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Please be aware that electrical voltages and plug types may vary by region.
Are your lamps compatible with smart home systems?
Most of our lamps are compatible with smart bulbs and smart plugs. For integrated LED fixtures, please check the product description for specific dimming and smart-link capabilities.
What should I do if my lamp arrives broken?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to receive a free replacement.
